Dining at The George InnWe offer excellent dining facilities, with a first class menu available in our non-smoking room or lounge bar. The emphasis is on local fresh produce, with game, fish, steak and a varied vegetarian choice. Bar snacks are also available, innovative and freshly prepared, at a reasonable price. Our Sunday lunchtime carvery is now legendary and offers a choice of three roast meats, all locally produced, and a fine range of vegetables. We can offer the choice of dining in our lounge and village bars, a non-smoking room and, for large parties, the function room. The function room will accommodate 60 diners for a formal meal and 80 or more for a more informal buffet.
